What is the Managed Page Services term?
The standard contract length is 36 months.
Can the term be reduced?
The term is fixed, however you will enjoy a reduced cost per page for any print volumes that exceed your chosen plan on a quarterly basis.
What if I print less than the minimum in a month?
A minimum monthly fee will always apply. Low and high print volume months are balanced out over a quarter. Any additional print volume for the quarter will be invoiced.
What if I print high coverage documents?
Our standard Managed Page Services plan is based on an average of 5% toner coverage. Should this be regularly exceeded we reserve the right to the review the contract. You may be invoiced for toners should it be deemed that you are printing over the agreed coverage limit.
How do I pay?
Payment will be made by Direct Debit for the agreed minimum volume each month. Additional volume will be invoiced quarterly.
How do I get more consumables?
In most cases the consumable ordering is automated by an alert from the printer. They are then couriered to you at no cost.
What if I need to add a second tray?
A second paper tray can be added to your Managed Page Services plan. Just ask us.
What if I need technical support?
