My brother and I were just discussing the great service we get from Copy Inn at Ramly Drive. He has just had trouble with a Canon printer bought online, and we regularly purchase cartridges from you.

We both find your service to be excellent - something we do not say about all companies.

We have dealt with David and the Copy Inn team for over 10 years now. The team at Copy Inn have provided us with incredible service and competitive pricing on Ink and Toner, Computers, Printers etc. They advertise as being a One Stop Shop, and they are exactly that.

I have found the Copy Inn Team are honest, reliable and knowledgeable.

Copy Inn has worked with our growing business and requirements and has recently been involved in setting up mobile sales consultants with a integrated tablet and mobile printing solution.

I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Just sent in a printer for repair (it was still under warranty) and got it back really quickly. I didn't get the name of the lady at the counter (Amy I think it was?); she was really friendly and helpful, and so was the gentleman who called me to notify that the printer had been fixed.

Just would like to recognise some great customer service that's all. =)

We were introduced to David and the Copy Inn team by a colleague in 2008 when our small home office moved into a large new and long overdue purpose built office. Initially we were looking to lease a photocopier and we had also been on the hunt for a new computer technician/IT support crew to replace a company we had been using but weren’t happy with. Our hinterland location meant we had previously found it very difficult to find technicians that would return our calls let alone make frequent visits to the office . However Copy Inn changed all this and we have never looked back. David came to discuss copiers the day after I made the initial enquiry and within the week had delivered the copier and trained us in its many functions. We then started discussing networks, new computers, phone systems and our endless string of internet connection and iPhone dilemmas and there was nothing that David could not handle.

Every aspect of Copy Inn’s approach to customer service is exceptional. From copier jams, to setting up emails, software issues, security, technical support, PC training and simply having someone to resolve our every office equipment whim has been fantastic and they are by far the most helpful, responsive and prompt service provider we utilise. In 4 years we have never had a problem or cause to complain and the seamless transition to the new office is a testament to David, Grant, Robert and the team. There has never been a time when a phone call goes unanswered or a problem left unresolved and all of the staff are quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. David and the Copy Inn team are second to none in their approach and responsiveness and they have become a One Stop Shop for all our office equipment supply and support. They could not be more helpful or more approachable and time and again we are recommending them to our suppliers, subcontractors and friends.‘
